Whose rules apply
The shop's rules and your stylist's
Six independent businesses share this room, so we say which rules are which.
The shop sets
How booking and deposits work, how much notice we ask, what happens when someone is late or misses a visit, children, patch tests and redos. These are the same at every chair.

Your stylist sets
Their own prices, days and hours, and the services they offer. The booking page shows them for the person you choose, and tips go to the stylist who did your hair.

Booking and deposits
Book online or call the shop. Color, braids and extensions start with a consultation, and longer services hold the time with a deposit that goes toward the service. We confirm by text or email.
Canceling and running late
Please give 24 hours' notice to move or cancel, and 48 hours for services over three hours. If you are running late, call the shop; more than 15 minutes late may mean a shorter service or a new time.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss an appointment without notice, the deposit stays with your stylist, and they may ask for a deposit to book your next visit.
Children and companions
Children are welcome for their own cut: book them a seat, and an adult stays. On long braid or color days, please arrange care for children; one quiet companion may sit with you.
Patch tests and allergies
Color and bleach may need a patch test before your first visit, following the maker's directions. Tell your stylist at booking if you have ever reacted to a hair product, and tell them at once if anything itches or burns.
Redos and refunds
Results vary with your hair and its history. If you are not happy with your hair, tell your stylist within a week and they will look at it with you and say what can be adjusted.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected, and they go to the stylist who did your hair. Leave one at checkout or in cash.
