When you write to us or book, we receive your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method and time, and the message you send. Our booking page may collect more, such as the service and stylist you choose.

How we use it

We use it to answer you and to confirm and manage your appointments. Your stylist keeps notes about your hair so your next visit starts where the last one ended. We do not sell your information.

• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Ask us to stop sending you messages
